Grow With Grace Fitness Class Schedule
Wednesday 6:30 pm
Progression through basic yoga postures to align and strengthen the body. Full-body relaxation, stress reduction, and balance are some of the class goals. Please bring a mat!
Saturday 7:30 am
Total body work-out consisting of a mix of cardio and weight intervals with little rest in between to keep that heart rate up! Bring a set of light, medium and heavy weights as well as a mat or towel.
All Fitness Classes: $5.00 per class
